Emotional Support & EFT Sessions

This isn’t about “fixing” you. You’re not broken.
This is focused support for pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the real emotions that come with them.

 

I work with clients who are:

  • Navigating birth fear or tokophobia

  • Processing a previous birth experience

  • Feeling anxiety about medical decisions

  • Moving through postpartum overwhelm or identity shifts

  • Wanting to feel steady and confident in their body

 

Using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and trauma-aware nervous system support, we gently work with what’s coming up — instead of pushing it away.

Birth fear can be intense — sometimes even debilitating.
I’ve supported clients with tokophobia move from panic and avoidance to clarity, grounded decision-making, and even moments of genuine confidence.
