As part of my postpartum doula work, I offer personalized meal preparation for families who want delicious food made with care, cultural humility, and attention to any dietary needs. Whether you’re looking for comforting postpartum staples, bright and fresh bowls, or meals inspired by your heritage, I love creating dishes that feel like home. 🍲✨

 

I bring the same warmth to cooking as I do to postpartum care — meals that respect your identity, your culture, your rhythms, and your needs. Whole ingredients, gentle nourishment, and zero judgment. 🌿

Pretty much anything. Truly. I’ve cooked for families needing:

• gluten-free

• dairy-free

• vegetarian + plant-forward

• vegan

• low-FODMAP

• anti-inflammatory

• comfort-focused postpartum foods

• warming Ayurvedic-inspired meals

• culturally specific dishes (Mexican, Southwest, Mediterranean, Asian-influenced, Caribbean, etc.)

 

I love hearing about the foods you grew up with or are craving — it helps me create meals that feel nourishing on more than one level. 🥑✨

• blackened mahi with mango salsa + crispy potatoes

• kung pao chicken loaded with veggies

• garlic-herb Italian chicken with tomatoes + olives

• creamy chicken chowder

• Mediterranean bowls with rice, feta, and avocado

• shrimp + mango salad with cilantro and a creamy lime dressing

• house guacamole (this one disappears fast)

• poke bowls with seaweed, cucumber, and sesame

• vegan burritos with cilantro rice + black beans

• seared swordfish with roasted Brussels sprouts

🌿 How It Works

Step 1: We talk about what you love, what you avoid, and what you need right now.

Step 2: I design a flexible meal plan — daily meals, snacks, or batch-cooking for the week.

Step 3: I handle shopping + cooking. You rest.

Step 4: Meals are ready in your fridge with reheating instructions. 💛

 

This service is available as part of postpartum doula care or as a standalone offering for families who simply want nourishing meals during a busy season.
